Our entire staff at Sunnyview are taking every necessary precaution to ensure our patients and staff are safe.
As of September 27, 2023 we have one Covid positive resident (on Rehab) and two positive staff members.
We will continue to Covid test residents upon admission to the facility and any resident or staff member who is symptomatic.
Mandatory masking is no longer required but for the safety of our residents and staff, we ask that surgical masks be worn on any unit that has a covid positive case. Currently this unit is Rehab.

We are pleased to announce that as of May 19, 2023, we have zero covid positive residents and one positive staff member. We will continue to follow recommendations and guidelines with Covid updates for testing.
In the event a resident or staff member should test positive for covid, we will test any resident who is symptomatic . We will no longer be testing twice weekly but will test any staff or resident with evident symptoms.
Mandatory masking is no longer required in the facility. Masking is now a personal preference and you may find surgical masks at the entrance.

Our entire staff at Sunnyview are taking every necessary precaution to ensure our patients and staff are safe.
We are pleased to announce that as of May 12, 2023, we have zero covid positive residents and zero staff members. We will continue to follow recommendations and guidelines with Covid updates for testing.
In the event a resident or staff member should test positive for covid, we will test any resident who is symptomatic . We will no longer be testing twice weekly as we are out of Covid outbreak effective May 12, 2023 with no new reported cases.
There are many questions and concerns regarding masking in the facility. It is no longer required to wear N95 masks but surgical masking continues to be mandatory until we are informed otherwise. In the event that we have new cases of Covid, we will resume the N95 masking.

Our entire staff at Sunnyview are taking every necessary precaution to ensure our patients and staff are safe and continue with twice weekly testing for covid 19. We are pleased to announce that as of April 28, 2023, we have zero covid positive residents and zero staff members. We will continue twice weekly testing until we have a two week covid free period.
We want to remind you that in the event a resident or staff member should test positive for covid during this two week period, it is considered an outbreak and testing will continue until we are at zero cases.
